Contex HD Ultra X – Built for Detail. Ready for Production.
When image quality matters just as much as productivity, the Contex HD Ultra X provides the precision, depth of focus and media flexibility needed for demanding large format scanning environments.
Using advanced CCD scanning technology with 1200 dpi optical resolution, the HD Ultra X is designed to capture fine detail, subtle tonal changes and accurate colour across a wide variety of originals. This makes it particularly well suited to technical drawings, maps, photographs, artwork, textiles and other materials where image quality is a priority.
A 7 mm depth of focus and support for originals up to 15 mm thick give the HD Ultra X greater flexibility when working with uneven, textured or mounted media. This allows you to scan materials that can be more challenging for conventional CIS scanners while maintaining consistent image quality.
HD Ultra X is available in 3 model sizes up to 60" wide
Available in 36", 42" and 60" models, the range can support everything from everyday technical scanning through to wider production and specialist digitisation workflows. Scan speeds of up to 17.8 inches per second, together with USB 3.0 and Gigabit Ethernet connectivity, help keep high-volume scanning moving efficiently.
Pair the HD Ultra X with Contex Nextimage 7 for advanced image adjustment, colour management, archiving and reprographics, creating a complete professional workflow for organisations that need both quality and productivity.
