One Printer for Rigid and Flexible Media - That's the Ntek YC3200HR
The Ntek YC3200HR UV Hybrid Printer gives you the flexibility to produce both rigid and flexible applications from a single wide-format production system.
With a 3300 mm maximum print width and optional front and rear extension tables of approximately 2000 mm, it can accommodate everything from roll-fed graphics to larger rigid boards and panels.
You can work with flexible materials including wallpaper, wall coverings, flex banner, mesh, vinyl and leather, alongside rigid substrates such as glass, wood, acrylic, ceramic tile, PVC, foamboard and polypropylene.
This allows you to take on a much broader mix of work without needing separate printing systems for different media types.
The YC3200HR can be configured with Ricoh GEN5 or GEN6 greyscale printheads and supports CMYK, light cyan, light magenta, white ink and optional varnish. Ntek also offers different print configurations to suit particular applications, including layered white and colour printing, varnish finishing and higher-speed CMYK production.
For faster production, Ntek quotes approximately 40 m²/h in 6-pass mode and 60 m²/h in 4-pass mode, providing a balance between print quality and throughput depending on the job.
A hard-anodised vacuum platform, automatic media-height detection, anti-static control and printhead anti-collision protection further help support reliable day-to-day operation across different applications.
